The highpoint is beside the summit towers. The observation tower provides a higher viewpoint but is not itself the natural highpoint of Wisconsin. No separate parking pin is shown because the official county map identifies the visitor lot but does not publish a verified coordinate for it.

When the interior park road is open, drive to the paved parking area shown on the Price County park map and follow the walking trail uphill to the observation tower and Wisconsin highpoint.

Year-round park with seasonal vehicle access
Price County keeps the park open year-round, but the interior vehicle gate is normally open only during the warmer months. Winter visitors should plan around the designated winter parking location.
Use the paved interior parking area when the park gate is open. During winter, Price County directs visitors to parking at Ring School Road and County RR rather than the gated interior road.
