Mount Zion Presbyterian Church
The traditional highpoint route begins beside Mount Zion Presbyterian Church on Louisiana Highway 507. Park near the church and cemetery without blocking church, cemetery, or local access.

Use the established parking area beside the church and cemetery. The gated road beyond the trailhead is for foot travel; the gate is intended to keep motorized traffic out.
